Training Overview

This comprehensive training equips clinicians with the knowledge and tools to effectively deliver Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the factors that maintain OCD and anxiety, master exposure and ritual prevention techniques, and learn to adapt ERP for a wide range of client populations.

The program integrates the latest insights in inhibitory learning, motivation building, and clinical flexibility, and includes practical strategies for enhancing treatment outcomes.
