6-Week IOP
Designed for those needing increased care, this in-person program provides exposure treatment in a small, customized group setting.
Program Overview
Each cohort consists of 3–6 participants and 2–4 clinicians, allowing for a high clinician-to-participant ratio (1:2 or higher). This structure enables a flexible treatment environment—participants engage in group exposures, work in pairs, or meet one-on-one with a clinician for individualized support.
Our aim is to reduce stigma and create a supportive and collaborative space where patients create community and practice new skills with others who truly understand their experiences.
Each cohort starts together at the beginning of a cycle, allowing group work to build upon itself. Group work is supplemented with twice weekly individual sessions. We also offer one family session during the cycle.
Schedule
Group sessions take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 to 12:00.
Individual sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays (virtual or in person), scheduled based on clinician and patient availability.

This program is ideal for individuals who require a higher level of care than weekly outpatient therapy, are transitioning from an OCD-specific residential or PHP program, or are seeking focused exposure-based treatment to build long-term coping tools.
